Amukurs.dk is a central platform for continuing education, allowing users to easily find and enroll in relevant AMU courses. With high traffic and complex integrations to external systems, ensuring a stable and secure platform is essential.
Although the system was functional, the previous version of Umbraco caused minor backoffice errors that required manual workarounds. Additionally, there was a need for a more future-proof solution that could seamlessly handle security updates and new features.
To achieve a more reliable, efficient, and scalable platform, Industriens Uddannelser chose to upgrade to Umbraco v13 - an LTS (Long Term Support) version that provides an extended support period, fewer bug fixes, and improved performance.
This upgrade ensures that the platform can meet future demands, implement new features seamlessly, and continue delivering an optimal user experience.
